CURO WORKSPACE:
WEBSITE DESIGN

Its always a joy to be part of the launch of something new! These are often the projects I enjoy the most as I love being involved from the start of the project timeline and seeing things grow and evolve up until delivery.

I recently had the pleasure of designing Curo Workspace’s (Design & Build) brand new website, working closely with their creative director to not only design a new website but also seamlessly integrate their new branding onto the site.

Tools Used:
Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator

Contribution:
UI & UX Design / Wireframing / Branding / Art Direction / Animation

Through several stages of research and development, I gained a clear idea of how Curo Workspace wanted to present themselves and their vision for what services they offer.

While taking a deep dive into current web trends and what Curo’s competitors in the space, I noted elements we could implement on their site. In particular, home page video to highlight their case studies, some basic but not distracting animation, efficient user functionality and simplicity.

One of the key requirements was to align the design of the website with the Curo Workspace values, creating a human first, welcoming and personable aesthetic while focusing on sustainability.

To achieve this, I used the personable photography supplied by Curo, their warm and earthy colour palette deployed sparingly and the inviting and friendly typeface Poppins. Working closely with the developer, we integrated some basic animation to bring things to life to add finesse and create a polished feel to this site.

“Pierce is a true professional, and an outstanding creative, providing me with a timeline of deliverables from the outset, and meeting each deadline along the way, with consistent check in meetings and design development opportunities. Pierce has a collaborative mindset and exceeds expectations, my whole team are really proud of the outcome.”
