HOST: IMPACT REPORT DESIGN & BRANDING
A few months ago, HOST approached me to design a bold, visually compelling Impact Report. Something that would distill their goals, achievements, and milestones from the past 4–5 years into one cohesive, engaging document. Stats, infographics, photography, the works.
It’s always tricky taking heaps of information from a black and white word doc and bringing it to life in a visually engaging and creative way. Despite this though, I often see it as a challenge and enjoy that process of extracting the visual elements.
With the help and expert guidance from Annabel Innes, I condensed this information into one document with which HOST can confidently present internally and externally. Adding a credibility, visual interest and brand alignment they previously didn’t have.
Big thanks to HOST for the trust and creative freedom. Take a look through some of my favourite slides below!

Before starting this project, HOST had recently completed an extensive rebrand, including updated logos and a refreshed set of brand guidelines. This comprehensive rebrand provided a strong foundation for developing the Impact Report. The vibrant, versatile colour palette and thoughtfully chosen typefaces offered plenty of creative flexibility, balancing contrast and harmony to enhance visual engagement throughout the report.
“Working with Pierce on our 5-year Impact Report was a total pleasure. From the outset, he grasped the brief quickly and thoroughly — no small feat given the complexity of our work and the 50-page brand guidelines document we handed over…
…He was professional, thoughtful (and incredibly patient!) throughout, asking sharp questions and maintaining a clear eye for detail.”
