SLC: ILLUSTRATED PRINTS

During my time working for the South London Club, I was tasked with creating illustrated prints of 23 different landmarks across South London. In order to capture the essence and charm of this diverse and dynamic region, I looked to vintage railway posters to use as design cues for the mostly vector-based visual style.

To begin with, the series consisted of landmarks however, due to the popularity of the prints, we expanded into illustrating a series of parks and public spaces.

Each illustration showcases the architectural beauty and cultural significance of landmarks such as the historic Cutty Sark in Greenwich and the iconic power station in Battersea.
